This restaurant had a glowing writeup in the local tourist magazine, so we tried it. The food was good, not exceptional, and I thought it was overpriced. The service was also the least gracious of all the restaurants we tried in D.C., bordering on snooty. We didn’t want a huge meal, so ordered one pasta appetizer to share and two entrees, plus a couple glasses of wine. I definitely got the impression from our waiter that he wanted to push more food on us and pretty much dismissed us when it was clear he couldn’t run up a larger tab. Service was prompt but perfunctory. I would not go back.
