  1. John Besh’s AUGUST Restaurant for spectacular dining. He brings his native New Orleanean background to fine new cuisine (written up recently in the NYT). Superb preparation, presentation and service with offerings that all hit the mark.

    Same accolades for Susan Spicer’s Bayona, if you can get a reservation.
