Hong Kong has over 300 islands, so remember whilst you are in a bustling city, there are secluded beaches and a lot of ocean to enjoy. A company called Saffron Cruises (www.saffron-cruises.com) offers boat charters for the day to enjoy the Hong Kong waters and also has events on special holidays like the fireworks cruise, Cheung Chau Bun Festival, etc. See more than just the city by chartering a vessel.- Tobi
